Drycleaning & Laundry Institute Offers Simplified, Universal Allied Trades Memberships

Industry suppliers and manufacturers generously support DLI and its affiliated local and regional associations. Until 2025, companies were required to join each association separately to show their support. Now, Allied Trades companies may choose to become members in DLI and all seven of its affiliated U.S. associations with just one discounted membership plan.

“Simply put, this improvement to our Allied Trade Program is an absolute game changer,” said Mark Albrecht, of the Route Pros and DLI’s Allied Trades Director. “Our Allied Trades members will be thrilled with the streamlined structure and additional national exposure that they may have not been able to take full advantage of in the past.”

In addition to a discount on the dues, these associations will receive discounts on sponsorships, preferred advertising pricing, and other unique opportunities to get in front of DLI members. “We all realize that without the support of the Allied Trades, neither DLI or the regional associations could provide the education or networking opportunities that our members have come to expect and value,” said Mary Scalco, DLI’s CEO. “This is just a little way of saying thank you for their support and that we appreciate everything the Allied Trades do for the industry.”
