Introduction to Drycleaning Course – Five Days:
This hands-on training covers essential skills including sorting garments for drycleaning, cleaning delicate fabrics like silk and satin, operating drycleaning machines, removing common stains such as coffee, ink, and grease, pressing various garments, and using tensioning equipment to enhance finishing quality.

Advanced Drycleaning – 10 Days:
Covering advanced techniques in fabric identification, stain removal, pressing, wetcleaning, machine maintenance, customer service, and plant workflow design—equipping professionals with the skills to handle complex garments and operations with confidence.

Intro and Advanced Combined – Fifteen Days:
This fifteen-day course held at DLI’s school headquarters in Laurel Maryland is made up of the introduction and Advanced Courses (outlined above). These classes can be taken individually, but DLI members save when taking them together.
