SDA Meeting & Customer Service Presentation

The Southwest Drycleaners Association invites all DLI member drycleaners to attend its Spring Meeting in Oklahoma City's Skirvin Hotel, March 28-29.
The second day of the meeting features Arthur Greeno's presentation on Customer Service from 9 a.m. to noon.
Greeno has impressed audiences across the nation with his customer service and leadership knowledge, including our industry's 5-Star Conference. SDA welcomes Greeno as its seminar speaker at its spring membership meeting in Oklahoma City. Greeno is a best selling author on Amazon, mentor, coach and the owner/operator of two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Tulsa, OK. Drycleaners have remarked that Greeno is the best speaker they've ever heard. You won't want to miss this opportunity!
