Route Pro Jen Whitmarsh Hosts DLI’s New Customer Service Superstars Course in July

“Best service ever!” Everyone wants happy customers and good reviews. To help drycleaners offer positive and memorable service the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) offers Customer Service Superstars, a virtual course hosted by Jen Whitmarsh of The Route Pros and Snappy Dry Cleaning in Williamsville, New York, online July 29 & 31 from 1-3 p.m. Eastern.
